Learn Effective Martial Arts Techniques With Jose Luis Acanda

Jose Luis Acanda has earned huge respect as a skilled, professional 4 degree tae kwon duo master. He was born and brought in Cuba, and has learned martial arts there. He is a 4 times National martial arts champion and 1 time Virginia state champion. He has been teaching different forms of martial arts to adults and children since many years. He had a martial arts school in Virginia where he trained students for 8 years, and had also instructed officials at a military training in Cuba. He is a very dedicated professional and is committed to assisting his students learn all the effective techniques and strategies of jiujitsu, kickboxing, and tae kwon do.

Jose says that martial arts has such a power that it can increase energy, focus, and confidence of a learner. It is an amazing way to build up confidence, live healthy, hone athletic skills, and to have fun. He says that traditionally, martial arts was recognized as fighting arts, which originated in Asia. As this field expanded, combative arts that was formed outside of Asia started to be identified as martial arts. Jose Luis Acanda describes that there are many types of martial arts techniques, which include empty handed, self defense and disarming techniques, and many more. In empty handed techniques, a learner does not have a weapon in his or her hand, and these include kicks, grappling, and strikes. Self defense and disarming techniques are the techniques in which a practitioner tries to overcome an intruder. He says that there are some more techniques for a range of weapons, including stick, knife, edged and blunt weapons, and others. There are some softer techniques as well that are chi disruption, meditation, and breathing.

Jose Luis Acanda considers the achievements of his students as his biggest achievement. He invites parents to learn tae kwon do with their kids, as it will help them increase their concentration power, energy, and will lead them a healthy life. Additionally, it will also inspire their children to learn martial arts. During his free time, Jose likes to ride bike, play paintball, go for camping, dancing, and running.
